By participating in Numeral’s Customer Referral Program, you agree to these terms. Refer an eligible company to Numeral and receive a $1,000 digital gift card if the company becomes a paying Numeral customer.
How it works
- Submit a referral: Share your unique Numeral referral link or submit the company through the Numeral referral portal.
- We confirm eligibility: Numeral will determine whether the referred company meets the eligibility requirements below.
- Receive your reward: If the referred company becomes a paying Numeral customer within six months of your referral, we will email you a $1,000 digital gift card.
Who qualifies as a new customer?
A referred company must:
- Not be a current or former Numeral customer.
- Not already be in active discussions with Numeral or recorded as an existing lead or opportunity.
- Not have been previously referred by someone else.
- Become a paying Numeral customer within six months of the referral date.
If Numeral receives the same referral from more than one person, only the first eligible referral will qualify for a reward.
Additional terms
- You may refer multiple companies and receive a $1,000 reward for each eligible referral that becomes a paying customer.
- Self-referrals and fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate referrals are not eligible.
- Rewards are subject to the gift card issuer’s terms and cannot be exchanged for cash through Numeral.
- Rewards may be taxable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Numeral may request a completed Form W-9 or other tax information before issuing a reward and may report rewards as required by law.
- Numeral reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
FTC disclosure requirements
Under the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, if you recommend Numeral or share your referral link, you must clearly disclose that you may receive a reward if the referred company becomes a Numeral customer. Any statements you make about Numeral must reflect your honest opinions and actual experience.
