Promotions | Terms and Conditions

Numeral is offering a limited promotional gift exclusively to eligible individuals who received an express promotional offer directly from Numeral through an authorized marketing campaign or communication (an “Invitation”). This promotion is invitation-only and is not available to the general public. Invitations are non-transferable. Accessing a promotional link, submitting a LinkedIn Lead Form, requesting a demo, or attending a product demonstration does not, by itself, establish eligibility for a promotional gift. Individuals who receive an Invitation and satisfy the requirements below will receive the promotional gift specified in their Invitation. No purchase or payment is required.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive the promotional gift, an individual must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally residing in the United States.
• Have received an Invitation specifically directed to them through an authorized Numeral advertisement, LinkedIn campaign, email, or other approved marketing communication.
• Submit a demo request through the official Numeral promotional landing page or LinkedIn Lead Form on behalf of a business they are authorized to represent.
• Hold a meaningful role in the company’s tax, finance, accounting, operations, or purchasing decision process, such as a founder, owner, controller, finance leader, or similar decision-maker or influencer.
• Represent a business that, when the Invitation is received, is not currently using Numeral and is not already engaged in an active sales process with Numeral.
• Not have received another promotional gift from Numeral within the past 365 days.
• Attend the full scheduled demo session, approximately 30 minutes, conducted via Zoom or a similar virtual meeting platform, with video enabled for the duration.
• Provide accurate delivery information and for any tax obligations associated with receiving the gift.
• Complete the participation requirements by the deadline specified in the Invitation.
• Be permitted to accept the gift under their employer’s applicable policies.

Promotion Timing

To qualify, upon receiving an Invitation, demos must be scheduled and completed during the promotional period, defined as:

October 1, 2026, at 7:00 AM PT to December 31, 2026, at 8:59 PM PT.

Promotional Gift

The applicable gift, any available gift selection, participation deadline, and expected fulfillment timeframe will be specified in the Invitation. Gift offerings may vary by campaign, audience, and prospective customer, based on business-related factors determined by Numeral before issuing the Invitation. Participants are entitled only to the gift or selection offered in their own Invitation.

Only one promotional gift may be redeemed per company. This offer cannot be combined with any other incentive or discount from Numeral. Digital gift card amounts, where offered, will be specified in the Invitation and will not exceed $250.

If the specified gift becomes unavailable, Numeral may substitute a gift of equal or greater value.

Fraud Prevention & Reservation of Rights

Numeral may refuse to issue a promotional gift if fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior is suspected, or if the participant does not meet all eligibility standards. All eligibility determinations are made at Numeral’s discretion within the boundaries of applicable law. Numeral may deny, withhold, or cancel a promotional gift if an individual did not receive an authorized offer, provided inaccurate or misleading information, attempted to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or otherwise failed to comply with these terms.

All eligibility and fulfillment decisions will be made by Numeral in good faith. Numeral may request reasonable documentation to verify eligibility before fulfilling a promotional gift.
