Gift Card | Terms and Conditions

Numeral is offering a limited promotional gift to eligible participants who complete a LinkedIn Lead Form and a qualifying product demo. No purchase or payment is required to participate. This promotion is available for a limited time and may be updated, paused, or ended by Numeral at any time in accordance with applicable law.

Promotional gifts may include, but are not limited to, a digital gift card, Blackstone griddle, or Ninja CREAMi. Gift availability may vary by campaign, audience, and prospective customer. Only one promotional gift may be redeemed per company, and this offer cannot be combined with any other incentive or discount from Numeral. Promotional gift type and value will be determined by Numeral based on business-related factors. Not all eligible participants will receive the same gift or gift value. Gift card amounts may be up to $250.00.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive the promotional gift, an individual must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally residing in the United States.
• Submit a demo request through the official Numeral promotional landing page or LinkedIn Lead Form on behalf of a business they are authorized to represent.
• Hold a meaningful role in the company’s tax, finance, accounting, operations, or purchasing decision process, such as a founder, owner, controller, finance leader, or similar decision-maker or influencer.
• Be a new prospective customer who is not currently using Numeral and is not already engaged in an active sales process with Numeral.
• Not have received another promotional gift from Numeral within the past 90 days.
• Attend the full scheduled demo session, approximately 30 minutes, conducted via Zoom or a similar virtual meeting platform, with video enabled for the duration.

Numeral reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline participation if requirements are not met.

Promotion Timing

To qualify, demos must be scheduled and completed during the promotional period, defined as:

July 1, 2026, at 7:00 AM PT to September 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM PT.

Only demos held within this timeframe will be considered eligible.

Gift Delivery

Participants who meet all criteria will receive their promotional gift:

• Sent to the business email address or mailing address provided at the time of registration, depending on the gift type.
• Delivered within 30 business days following the successful completion of the demo.
• Subject to availability, shipping limitations, and verification of eligibility.

Personal email addresses may not be eligible. Participants are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any tax obligations associated with receiving the gift.

Fraud Prevention & Reservation of Rights

Numeral may refuse to issue a promotional gift if fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior is suspected, or if the participant does not meet all eligibility standards. All eligibility determinations are made at Numeral’s discretion within the boundaries of applicable law.

Numeral reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or similar value if a selected gift is unavailable, discontinued, delayed, or otherwise impractical to fulfill.
