As two albino rabbits scramble wildly in a white box, Gray captures their frantic motions. In many of the large-scale photographs only a blurred foot or body is visible. In other images, the rabbits' panicked eyes confront the camera. Although a trite sweetness may be the usual association with bunnies, these photographs provoke a more complex and uncomfortable reaction from the viewer. The images are at once beautiful, humorous, and unsettling.
